Your journey begins in the vibrant city of Marrakech, heading towards the Dades Valley by way of the dramatic Tizi n’Tichka mountain pass. This scenic route winds through a tapestry of Berber villages clinging to the hillsides, each one echoing stories of centuries past. En route to Ouarzazate, a UNESCO treasure rises from the earth like a mirage: Aït Ben Haddou, a striking ksar and one of the finest examples of southern Morocco’s Berber architecture.

The road continues to the lush Skoura Palm Grove, where you'll visit the 17th-century Amridil Kasbah, an impressive Berber fortress nestled among the palms. From here, follow the evocatively named “Route of a Thousand Kasbahs”, passing through the Valley of Roses until you reach the crimson-hued Dades Valley, renowned for its surreal rock formations and raw beauty.

The landscape shifts once again as we head towards the awe-inspiring Todra Gorges, a natural wonder of towering cliffs soaring over 300 metres. Just beyond, the terrain transforms as we arrive at the magical Erg Chebbi dunes. Here, time seems to stand still. Golden sunsets, endless silence and a sense of serene solitude await.

A night in the Sahara is a moment to connect with nature, with local nomads and with a simple and timeless way of life. You will have the chance to discover hidden corners of the desert, experience traditional music and sleep under a sky ablaze with stars.
As we make our way back to Marrakech, the route winds through the lush Draa Valley and the remote beauty of the Ounila Valley, an untouched gem of the Atlas Mountains. A five-day adventure rich in colour, contrast and unforgettable encounters.
