How to book your trip
Step by step guide

Once we receive your enquiry, through the form on our website, via email or phone, we get straight to work! We will craft a bespoke travel itinerary just for you. To ensure we capture every detail, one of our travel designers will get in touch. This helps us clarify any questions and understand your travel style and what truly matters to you. The more insight you can share, the more precisely we can shape your itinerary to match your expectations. You will then receive a personalised, fully costed proposal shortly after your enquiry. Once you approve the itinerary and selected accommodations, the booking process begins with the following steps:
1. Booking deposit

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total trip cost must be paid to Betravel Morocco.Please note: your booking is not confirmed until we have received the deposit. If we don’t receive the payment within a reasonable timeframe and you haven’t been back in touch, we will assume you have decided not to go ahead, and the trip will be cancelled.
2. Payment method – Deposit

We will send you our bank details via email. If payments are not received according to the agreed schedule, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.You will receive a receipt confirming your booking details, travel dates and payment amount once the payment has been received. This marks your trip as officially booked and guaranteed.

3. Remaining Balance
​
The remaining balance will be due 15 days before your departure. You may pay using the payment method mentioned above.If payment isn’t received within the agreed timeframe, Betravel Morocco reserves the right to cancel the trip, in which case, previous payments will not be refunded.
4. Travel documents and final booking confirmation
​
Once your booking is finalised, we will send over all relevant travel documents. This can include information about entry requirements for Morocco, health and safety measures, and general advice to ensure everything runs smoothly.You will also be asked to complete a short registration form for each traveller, along with a scanned copy of each passport.When all accommodation arrangements are confirmed, we will provide you with your final booking confirmation.A few days before your journey begins, we will share the name and contact number of your assigned driver. They will reach out to introduce themselves and confirm your arrival details or pick-up time at the agreed starting point.

Throughout your stay in Morocco, you will have access to the same travel designer who helped you plan your journey and our local partner, via phone or WhatsApp, for anything you might need along the way.
