Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation
Booking a trip with Betravel Morocco constitutes full acceptance of the itinerary, duration, and price, in accordance with the number of travellers and the services explicitly included and excluded in the accepted proposal.

To confirm the booking, the client must pay the deposit requested by Betravel Morocco. No booking shall be considered valid, nor will any services be secured, until the corresponding deposit has been received. Should this amount not be received within a reasonable period, it will be understood that the booking has been cancelled and the arrangements voided.

Accepted payment methods:
• Deposit payment: Bank transfer only

• Balance payment: Bank transfer only

For further details on payment methods, please refer to How to Book a Trip .

A receipt will be issued confirming the trip, date, and amount paid. Upon receipt of this confirmation, the booking is considered formalised and guaranteed.

2. Amendments and Cancellations by the Client
All requests for modifications to a tour or excursion in Morocco must be submitted via email to info@betravelmorocco.co.uk

Only written confirmations will be considered valid. Changes to travel dates or the number of participants may be made free of charge up to three weeks prior to the start of the trip.
Within three weeks of departure, Betravel reserves the right to apply any additional fees incurred as a result of such modifications.

3. Cancellation Fees
Should the client cancel the trip for any reason, Betravel Morocco will apply cancellation fees to cover administrative costs and supplier penalties.

The following cancellation charges will apply:
• Cancellation between 30 and 16 days before the start of the trip: 50% of the deposit paid
• Cancellation within 15 days of the start of the trip, or failure to appear on the day of departure: 100% of the deposit paid

4. Cancellations Due to Force Majeure
In the event of a trip cancellation due to border closures (air or sea) imposed by the Moroccan authorities, clients will be entitled to a full (100%) refund of any amount paid.

Alternatively, the client may choose to postpone the trip and retain the deposit as credit for a future date. Should a refund be preferred, the request must be made explicitly via email to Betravel Morocco at info@betravelmorocco.co.uk . The refund will be processed within seven days of receiving the request.

Reimbursements will be made via bank transfer (transfer fees borne by the beneficiary).

5. Travel Alterations Due to Force Majeure
During the course of the trip, Betravel Morocco reserves the right to modify the itinerary should circumstances of force majeure arise, including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions or unforeseen supplier constraints - provided such changes do not affect the services included in the itinerary.

The client also agrees to potential changes in hotel accommodation should unforeseen events or last minute itinerary adjustments occur, as long as the new accommodation is of equal or higher standard.

The trip may be cancelled due to force majeure, defined as extraordinary, unforeseeable events beyond the organiser’s control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided despite due diligence. In such cases, the client will be entitled to a refund of all payments made, minus any administrative expenses incurred.

6. Included Services
Only those services explicitly detailed under the section "Price Includes" in the client-approved proposal are considered included.

7. Excluded Services
Excluded services are those listed under the section "Price Does Not Include" in the client-approved proposal.
This also extends to any excursions or activities independently arranged by the client, either prior to departure or during the trip itself, particularly those offered by accommodation providers.

Betravel Morocco accepts no responsibility for any damages, mishaps, or negligence resulting from services contracted directly by the traveller with third party providers not listed under the “Price Includes” section of the itinerary.

Likewise, any services, amenities, or consumables purchased by the client at, or through, the accommodation (whether included or visited), along with any related fees, gratuities, or charges, are not included.

8. Travel Insurance
Betravel Morocco does not arrange travel insurance on behalf of our clients. We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain appropriate travel insurance independently prior to their travel to Morocco.

9. Travel Safety
The client acknowledges and accepts the nature of the journey, including the characteristics of the destination and the activities involved. The client is also aware of the political, cultural, and geographical context of the destination, as well as any inherent risks or hazards that may arise.

By proceeding with the booking, the client voluntarily assumes all such risks and releases Betravel Morocco from any liability for loss, injury, damages, or death resulting from them.

Betravel Morocco shall not be held responsible for death, personal injury, illness, delays, loss or damage to persons or property during the course of the trip.

Furthermore, Betravel Morocco accepts no liability for death, physical or emotional harm caused by force majeure, acts of war, terrorist attacks, civil unrest, governmental actions, political disturbances, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Betravel Morocco.

10. Travel Documents and Visas
It is the sole responsibility of each traveller to ensure that they possess all necessary and valid documentation required for entry into and travel within Morocco (including but not limited to passports, visas, health measures, etc.)

We strongly advise clients to contact their respective embassies or consulates to confirm the specific entry requirements based on their nationality and to make the necessary arrangements accordingly.

11. Luggage
Travellers' luggage is not covered under any land transport contract and is considered, in all respects, to remain under the sole care and responsibility of the traveller, regardless of where it is stored within the vehicle. Betravel Morocco cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or deterioration of luggage during the trip.

12. Flight and Ferry Cancellations or Disruptions
Betravel Morocco cannot be held responsible for changes to the client’s itinerary resulting from delays or cancellations of flights or ferries. Any related costs or unused services must be claimed directly with the travel insurance provider or the relevant airline/ferry company. Betravel Morocco is exempt from any liability for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
